superstar, Davido and TV veteran, Joke Silva, are among those who would
be part of this edition of Nigerian Entertainment Conference.
In its third year running, the organisers of NEC said the edition will hold in April at the Eko Hotel and Suits, Lagos.
According to NEC founder, Adekunle Ayeni,
this year’s edition with the theme, ‘Buying and Selling Nigerian
Entertainment and Everything in-between,’ is centered on the
entertainment practitioners and what they have done in the past years,
using case studies to deliver presentations everyone can learn from.
“We’re moving the conversation beyond
rhetoric this year, and actually providing a platform for individuals
and companies doing great stuff to come and show the world what we’re
about,” Ayeni said.
Speakers and facilitators for this year’s
edition also include acclaimed Afrinolly’s Chike Maduegbuna; founder
and CEO of Ebony Life TV, Mo Abudu; IT entrepreneur, Chika Nwobi; Iroko
TV founder, Jason Njoku; music distributor, Uba Pacific and Quilox
chairman, Shina Peller.
